Not like it's a big deal or anything...but I really do think the FAQ could be updated a bit, I mean, it says the latest version (of messenger) is 8.0.something... and 8.1 is still in beta

You Could.....
Throw in some FAQ suggestions in this thread. If it's suitable and Kangie has time, I'm sure she'd add them in... -------------------- |

Yay I'm the only one! *feels special*
Ok my suggestion is...add one which explains the current build currently doesn't support WLM 8.1 - people do seem to ask that a lot. -------------------- |

Probably you is the only one... you ARE the only one ¬¬ -- Aardvark, is the FAQ your favorite book? I feel more special than you, because my hobbie is to read the bottom of all SP pages (the "about and copyright" sentences) This post has been edited by Nuno Peralta: Jan 22 2008, 01:59 AM -------------------- |

No, the banner up the top which says StuffPlug 3 The perfect companion for Windows Live Messenger! Is my favourite book. I'm still waiting on the sequel (to be made using slogans from the catch phrases for SP3 thread).
(And remember I did say originally not like it's a big deal or anything This post has been edited by Aardvark: Jan 22 2008, 05:39 AM -------------------- |

If there are any useful ones and Kangie's not around, I'll add them myself "Where can I find the latest (beta) version of Windows Live Messenger ?" Way too old version numbers "Will StuffPlug x be compatible with x?" Should be "Is StuffPlug compatible with x ?" "Where is <feature> ?" The answer tio this says that the current version is a beta, which is no longer the case. "When will StuffPlug 3 be released?" This should be removed "Why can't I remove the advertisement permanently?" Should be rephrased since you (TB) removed the Hide-Ad feature "What is IAvatars.com, and what's it doing in StuffPlug" the answer to this says that we will see a a lot of references to iAvatars.com. In the current version I only see iAvatars.com 1 place and that's in the registry. -------------------- Got a question about translating? Contact me via the contact form

Not true. At the bottom of the page Nuno Peralta is so obsessed with
(Note: just because it said it was "in" StuffPlug doesn't necessarily mean it has to be related to being IN the program itself). Which is actually a good point, the only place it's IN StuffPlug at ALL is in the about window, and that's only if it is I can't remember! Not that I think it should be changed I couldn't care less about that really, just felt like rambling on about it. This post has been edited by Aardvark: Jan 22 2008, 02:16 PM -------------------- |

It's not in the About window In a program on a website StuffPlug = a program in StuffPlug = in the program On the StuffPlug website = You get the picture Add/Remove + registry = 2 2 is not a lot I'm just being picky right now -------------------- Got a question about translating? lol....
since the program itself hasn't the "iAvatars.com", the question (in FAQ) can be removed. but, for people who reads my favorite book, can be read "StuffPlug is a registered trademark of iAvatars.com"... the FAQ can do reference with this sentence, and say what "iAvatars.com" is -------------------- |

Ok... So there's just a little bit of random psycho babble occuring... Lets just agree to disagree and let TB have the final say on the "iAvatars.com" issue..
I got lost at the, "Two heads are better than one comment."..... where do you get to that conclusion after X2zen pointed out the instances "iAvatars.com" is mentioned...? -------------------- |
