Content Stealer (error?), my content stealer cannot work on emotion and dp Options

i installed windows live 9.0, but i think its bad cause no pograms like stuffplug can works. So i turn back to windows live 8.1 but the problem is stuffplug cannot load my backup content stealer TT
here the detail
1. installing WLM 9.0 Final
2. removing WLM 9.0 Final with ZapMessenger
3. installing WLM 8.1
4. installing Messenger Plus
5. installing StuffPlug 3.5
6. put my stuffplug backup to C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Temp\MessengerCache
7. try login

And what the problem with this, please give me some solution
